Bless the Lake 3/22

Bless the Lake is Oakland's World Water Day event. We are tabling at the event because as California is in a drought Gov. Jerry Brown continues to green light fracking even after news broke of groundwater contamination. Please join us to fight for water rights for California. David Braun of Californians Against Fracking and Lora Jo Foo of 350 East Bay Stop Fracking will be among the featured speakers!

Bless the Lake includes live music, children’s edutainment, water education, a blessing of the lake, and a synchronized global meditation with 600 locations worldwide via Unify’s global #LoveWater campaign. Elements of the event will be broadcast live by The Shift Network

Bring a blanket to sit on, a cushion for the meditation, and a heart full of gratitude for water! See you Sunday.
