Sustainable Race Mile

2015SustainableRaceMilecropped200x130.jpgThe Sustainable Race is a climate awareness mile race in Golden Gate Park.  Note venue change: the race will be held at Kezar Stadium  This year the race will specifically endorse 350 Bay Area's Beyond the Pump campaign.  With the San Francisco Board of Supervisors nearing a vote on an ordinance to require climate labels on gas pumps (see here), this is an opportunity to give the Board an extra push for this important step to move away from fossil fuels. All registered runners will receive a t-shirt as shown below (front and back) as well as breakfast after the race.
$29 registration online
This campaign is supported by Sierra Club, 350 Bay Area and Think Beyond The Pump.
